BEWARE!!!
Where do I begin? We’ve been waiting for a pump for our spa for 3 months. The blower has never worked because they installed 2” pipe that was to big. We’re still waiting on a bigger pump that was suppose to be ordered so we can enjoy the spa.
Concrete finishing is terrible. We also have soft spots on our shallow deck due to them not washing sand under the spa and pool. My husband and builder did what they could before the concrete was poured. Jeff is the owner, however he was rarely on the job site and sucks at communicating. He pawns everything on his employee Micheal because he’s a coward and can’t own up to his mistakes. Jeff is NOT a professional, does not respond and will not fix his mistakes. Do not use this company. I will do my best to get the word out to everyone I know and then some!
