This company has been working alongside Dan the Tiki Man to install a fiberglass pool and it has been a total and complete train wreck. While I don’t want to paint them with the same brush I Do NOT recommend having them install a pool in your backyard. I personally know someone who has been going back n forth with Dan and this company over a fiberglass pool project that is still not finished!!! If you sign a contract today I will bet you my hardearned money that several years later your project still will *not* be done. You will be given the run around @ every turn. They will tell you the project will be completed by one date then as that date nears the excuses will roll in like tennis balls. And that's *if* you’re lucky. If you’re unlucky there won't be any excuses. Their entire crew will just vanish into thin air. Abracadabra POOF be gone!
They may respond at first. I know he spoke to a woman by the name of Marie or Maria at this company and she was initially helpful. Gradually, more work was done on their pool andmy friend started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. But eventually, they all went back to the same pattern. they won't respond to your calls or messages and you will want to bang your head against the wall in frustration. I wanted to bang my head on a wall after hearing this garbage drag on for YEARS literal years!!! For the love of God an d all that is holy, if you know what's good for you please take my advice and RUN, don't walk.
