Lamont and his group are the best. Not only are they cost conscious, but they actually are very good at troubleshooting. Not just some guy that changes parts until he figures it out. Lamont is a true technician. I trust them totally. You should too.

Sasha with the company is very unprofessional, and has no customer service skills. This company is horrible with follow up and keeping the client up-to-date with relevant information. They are not prepared for appointments, but they are quick to take your money. Nearly three weeks ago, I opened up a claim with AHS my home warranty company, they contracted Adkins Mechanical, the technical came out was here for less than 5 minutes. It was diagnosed I needed a new unit. This was authorized by AHS the warranty company for repairs, I received a call, paid my portion of the claim $980.00 was told by Sasha she would order the unit/parts and we scheduled my service for today, Friday at 8:00 AM. I received a call today, at around 9:30 indicating the wrong parts were ordered. For one, why wasn't this verified when the order came in, and secondly, why was it not checked the day before the appointment. I am extremely busy, work from home, attend school for my Masters, and have an internship. Time is limited. In speaking with Sasha this morning, she indicated they are booked out until next Friday. She needed to find a part, and she would call me back. Nearly waiting around all day for a call back or an update, I reach out to her around 3:00 PM, and she could not accept any responsibility for not following up, was very rude, and unprofessional. She has no update to the part, and is "waiting on AHS to order a part for them" In talking with AHS after my conversation, there was not a call placed by Sasha. Very disappointed in the service this far.
