He damaged my roof. They've been told to take a look at it but they never came back. I'm gonna sue them for not repairing my roof. It rained here and they didn't care. The towers that they put on my roof was great but that damaged my roof.

I recommended them to another person. They didnt give me any problems, I waited longer after we did the agreement and everything. It was about 30 days before they got out here and put it in but I did recommend them because Im happy with the solar. I dont have any utility bill, it went smoothly.

They're responsive. They give me one of a better deal after shopping around. I gave him a 5 because we had defective equipments the first time they installed it that they had to replace it. The system is working great and they did give me the best deal after shopping around. They did complete it based from the quote/estimate that they have provided.

They did a good job. We were satisfied, the thing is we're selling our house so new homeowners will be taking over. Im impressed because I was kinda lurry at first but how much really I could save on our power but yeah I have saved a lot. They cleaned up everything they were supposed to.

They said that they were gonna complete the project that's like several phases and they didn't fall behind so I dont have any problems with them. The technician were really good but they had a little hard time communicating with the main office but other than that when we got hold of them. I've seen different solar set-ups on other houses and stuff and I guess when they did this, they matched the stucco and they painted everything to the same color of the house though. Everything on the side of the upgrades were done and it looks like they were done with the house when it was originally built, it looks really nice.

They were the cheapest, out of the 5 bids I got. They showed up and handled all the paperwork for me. They showed up on a scheduled date, did the work and completed well and cleaned up everything. The only parts that I can see for the most part, are the connections on my electrical panel was done very nicely. I like everything about them to be quite frank. I cant give you any answer to things that they need to improve on as I had no problems.

Actually, they kept coming back until everything was right. In all honesty, there were something that went wrong that were unforeseen by us and probably errors that they didnt know that going to take place either. In the end, they made sure that everything was right. The fact that they did come back and see the job through completion. Im gonna just give you an example, I came home one day and I ask my husband "Did you paint the vent on the top of the roof?" and he said no, the LA Solar guy when they were here went ahead and paint it. So they were nice and it wasnt an act for but everything wasnt necessarily like that . I had to ask for many things that what I thought was right and they did come back and fix it but in all actuality, being the first time that I had solar installed and I dont know anything about it, it should have been done anyway. And so they did everything I asked them to do. I dont know what it is that might be different if I for instance let's say there was something that I wasnt aware of I shouldnt to asked for it in order for it, it should just be done. And so they did go for certain individuals that part of the company that went beyond what they needed to do and some did less for what they needed to do. After all was said and done, it was taken care of according to my knowledge based. I wish everybody was courteous, I wish every part of the corporation were just courteous as the guy who came back to complete. There was one supervisor who did made sure that everytime I called somebody came out and fix the problem. There were people who were and people were not.

The installation is fine, the system is working. I dont have any remarks, they seem to be alright. Very quick. They were very efficient, they look very neat. It looks nice and it's in the back of the house so people wont notice that I have the system. For me they look profession, I dont know the technical aspect of their work but they look okay. It does appear that they know what they're doing.

Out of three companies they offered us the price with the best named panels (LG mono 2), inverters (s285 enphase) and enphase S Metered (Which shows power production and power usage). All of these products were the newest on the market at the time we shopped around, which was awesome. They added an EV outlet to our contract. Our system is running flawless and could not be happier with La Solar group.
