Very satisfied with quality of work of Mr Laborde’s subs. I had a kitchen and living area remodel. He quoted one price and agreed to install fixtures, paint areas for no additional cost and then hit us with $2000 more at the end. Mr Laborde presents himself very business like and once the deposit is given has very poor follow up. Poor communication skills. Agrees the fix something and then does not then plays blame game with subs. Gets very agitated easily. Promised us in one moment that he does not leave anyone in your home unless he is there and then leaves demo crew from Home Depot parking lot that he picked up that morning and leaves job site. Everything he was called out on had an excuse.
If you are patient and willing to micro manage the job then you will be able to work with him. We paid 33,000 for renovation and that did not include cabinets, flooring, lighting.
