Horrible builder. Does not build quality homes. Our home was a complete mess with over 200 pictures to show the sloppy work. His subcontractors are the worst on the planet. This contractor has massive overruns. It cost us over $20,000 because he grossly underbidd jobs by the thousands. He was hardly ever on the job site and vendors took advantage of his absence. This contractor will give you a cheap price to build but you spend thousands more in overruns. The first check to the Building Department bounced due to insufficient funds and the bank wired the money to his account. I am listing this company with the better business bureau as well as the licensing board. This contractors should never be allowed to build a moth home anywhere. People, if you are in the market for new construction DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHISTER. THIS IS A VERY VERY VERY BAD CONTRACTOR.
