Sterling was definitely the cheapest option we had and they got the job done. That being said, I would only recommend them if you have a project manager or someone who understands the process. We had never done a renovation before and we didn't get any explanation from them about what was going on and there were delays which I am sure could have been avoided if we had been more on top of things. In retrospect we would have happily paid more for a more attentive, proactive architect.
