    Custom built home construction
    $330,000

    Our custom built LAD construction home was built 4 years ago. All these years later LAD construction continues to provide outstanding customer service. Owners, Patty and Leon, have been there every step of the way for me on my home ownership journey. They are genuinely good people who care not only about the home that they construct, they care for those who live in it too. A fire damaged our home one year after we bought it. Leon was there the very next morning easing our minds that the house would be restored to it’s original condition and LAD worked with our insurance company to ensure that it was. Recently Leon generously took care of a wind damage repair to our home. I would highly recommend LAD construction for anyone looking for a well constructed home and outstanding customer service.
