I had to rate only to post a comment but, on a scale of 1-5 this Business is a -1. Just to keep it simple, he ask for pay and does not supervise his site nor pay his sub-contractors. If you are currently working with him, ask for all sub-contractor information and call them one by one on a weekly basis and ask for invoice he has paid, and lein releases! Currently Pieres & Neves, Tampa Banner Supply, American Waste and AAMD are claiming leins on his behalf, due to not recieving payment on a project he began July and till this date didn't pay a dime despite being paid over 20% of the total bid by the hiring company to do the job. So, in a nut shell, took money, used money, not for sub-contractor pay, sub contracors issue leins, GC fired, and business paying double. LADERA is unprofessional, irresponsible, not recommended to conduct business with.
