We hired them to install a Large Spa, a Fire Pit w/ Natural Gas and a complete outside Kitchen! They started the project at the end of August this year and everything was going as expected until a month and a half ago. On that day Steve Lagasse came to us and explained that his wife had emptied the accounts both from the business and the company and he could not finish the project because of lack of funds. Since then Robin Lagasse has teamed up with a cousin from the Lagasses and opened a new company called Lagasse Pool Remodeling, another of their numerous companies. Steve will not help us and we found out his brother who signed our contract, took over the company under a new name Lagasse Pools, also refused to help us.
All this said, we have a $60,000.00 contract with them that no one wants to address or finish!!! We have a concrete whole in the backyard and a lot of mud.
We are taking legal actions and have addressed the State Attorney's office and the State Licensing Board to try to retrieve any part of the $56,000.00 that we have already paid them.
DO NOT WORK WITH ANY COMPANY OR PERSON WITH THE NAME LAGASSEE !
