Lack of coordination, had to supervise workers myself as there seemed to be nobody in charge or supervising. Took 2 weeks to complete a 3 day project. Final product turned out well in the end.

We remodeled our downstairs, opened a wall, new kitchen, bathroom, floors and lighting throughout. The project was completed efficiently and beautifully. We had such a smooth experience, no stress, good communication. David worked hard to make sure my vision for the house become reality. Great advice and very helpful when I needed guidance, but also listened to what I was hoping for and made it happen! The quality of work is very high. Lots of custom touches throughout. We will without a doubt have them back to do our upstairs when we are ready!

I engaged Laguna Bay in November 2021 and met both partners; you will too! Both David and Giovanni are very intuitive, experienced, responsive and most importantly, creative. Whatever your problem/project, they will find a solution. Oh, and if you looking at doing tile, floors or countertops, they will meet you at the vendor and help you navigate to the resolution that you want.

I hired Laguna Bay Developing to remodel my master bathroom which was in extremely poor shape. David, the owner, was great to work with. We were able to adjust the scope of the project to meet my budget and he also gave great and practical suggestions throughout regarding design, finishes etc. which really showed his years of experience in the construction industry. Issues and concerns were addressed promptly and he was easy to communicate with throughout. There were several delays regarding materials (that I was supplying) but he took them in stride and the actual work was completed way faster than I expected. He also completely handled the permits and was even able to squeeze in some extra unrelated plumbing work that I requested halfway throughout. I'm extremely happy with how the bathroom turned out and would recommend Laguna Bay to friends/family.
