We purchased double pane windows through Bay City Windows in 2015. Apparently the installation was completed through Bay City Windows doing business as Laguna Madison Inc. When the windows were installed, the workers left dust and dirt on all surfaces in the living and dining rooms.
Because one of our windows was delivered with a long crack in the outside pane, an installer had to return to replace the window. He planned to leave without removing putty from our windows. Because we are both blind, we would never have known about this sloppy work, but our neighbor was here and insisted that the installer clean the glass.
The windows are installed very well, and we are pleased with them; however, there were several unfortunate events in the installation process.
We probably would not recommend Bay City Windows and thus Laguna Madison Inc. to a friend; at the very least we would share these mishaps with that friend.
