I deeply regret writing a bad review, but I feel a responsibility to do so in order to spare others the same experience we have had. Laguna Woodworks, headed by Tim Kiesselbach, promised to finish our remodelling project on March 15th. We are now mid September and they are still not fully finished. We have had endless delays, broken promises, lack of response, etc. Every month they assure us they will be done within the next couple of weeks. It has become a nightmare. We have always been prompt with invoice payments, but we have not received that kind of prompt response from them at all. Last week Tim assured us he would be done this week, today is Friday and he still hasn't showed up. He has obviously taken another job and there's no interest on finishing ours. We are still weeks from completion. He has proven extremely unreliable and I would not recommend his company.

Just as an update, Tim never came back and left the remaining issues unfinished, we had to bring another contractor to finish up. He never explained, never apologised, nothing, just disappeared.
