Laila Moore Niles
I contacted Ms. Niles to replace two sconces in a bathroom which I provided. I thought that it was a simple job that would take an hour or two at the most. Somewhere along the way, we got our signals crossed in a big way. After paying her $965.00, the job was not finished and she refused to return to finish the job. I understand that that old houses have problems that you never know about until you open up the walls, but I got totally blindsided by this one. I still have two holes in my wall (NOT however in the bathroom where she was working) and I feel really angry and betrayed. For that kind of money, she should have informed me along the way how much the job was going to cost (which did not happen) and she shouldn't have left me with holes in my walls and a refusal to finish the job.
I simply do not recommend her at all.
