Lajen Development Group is based out of Beaufort S.C. We currently are licensed as General Contractors in both North Carolina and South Carolina and plan to soon add Georgia and Florida. We specialize in higher-end residential and have branched into medical and dental construction. We have found there to be a lot of similarities in that our clients demand only the highest level of quality and we love to deliver just that. We are smaller in scale to other companies and for this reason, we are able to focus on the client and stop with nothing less than complete satisfaction and an amazing finished product.

    Redid kitchen and bath, built garage with bonus room. Does excellent work for a fair price. Honest, personable. Good communication throughout. I would give him SIX stars if possible...but perhaps because he is so meticulous, jobs tend to take a little longer than Dan predicts. He is owner-operator: there is no 'group' per se. Dan is on-site daily. Allow a little extra time, and you will be very pleased with the end result.
