Some of the myriad services Lake Huron offers are: design work, remodeling, alterations, carpentry, painting, tiling, plumbing and utilities installation, exterior renovations, subcontractor assessment and evaluation. We pride ourselves in such projects as kitchen, bath and basement remodeling, framing, home maintenance, painting, door repair, trim work, tiling and hardwood finishing.
Lake Huron Construction LLC is a residential construction company established by owners, Joseph and Kimberly Sendi and successfully operates in the Macomb and greater area. Our company is founded on customer satisfaction and a very robust repeat and referral business. Everyone loves to have “their guy,” the one that they can call and trust to get the job done right. LHC will not take shortcuts to get a job done quicker or put cheaper materials in a client’s home to win a job. We guarantee our products and services at the utmost level of satisfaction. I was in desperate need of a bathroom remodel so thru buildzoom, I was able to find Lake Huron Construction. From start to finish this process was nothing short of amazing. After coming out to my property not only did they visualize a design I couldn’t of even dreamt up but they made me feel extremely comfortable. The remodel took about 3 weeks an they were extremely respectful of the rest of the house to get to the bathroom, they went as far as to remove they’re boot so they didn’t track snow into our house. The finished product has been amazing. I would definitely use again! Can’t wait to get them back to my house for the next project!!! A++++

Lake Huron Construction walked off the job in January after completing only 50% of the work and receiving ⅞ of their fee. The company was folding - because the owners were getting a divorce, but they promised to finish the work anyway. They did not. Their subcontractors did shoddy work that had to be corrected by another company, some that still need redoing. Their lawyers stopped responding when we tried to get them to settle out of court with an agreed upon fee. Do NOT hire them! They may have done good work in the past but no longer.
