this review is going to focus on andrew, who seemed to supervise the job from bid to payment. i was told by him that the asphalt would all nice and level under the electric garage door. now the garage door will not shut all tthe way on one side andrew said that within two weeks the asphalt will shrink then the door should shut all the way. it is obvious that it has not shrunk at allafter a week and a half andrew also wanted final payment and a large pile of broken concrete had not been hauled off. i refused to pay then andrew had the concrete removed of of my easement in front i called last week about my door not shutting left a message about it and was not gotten back to when i called yesterday the man on the phone said he would let andrew know and that they would fix the door problem but would not say when. i explained to him that there will be severe consequences for the company if the asphalt is not ground down by the end of next week. that is when i figure i will do it myself.i told his laborers they needed to scrape more asphalt off but either they could not understand english or just in too big of a hurry to finish the job and move on to another job. i should of withheld some of the final payment until the door shut correctly i do not recomend this company because they were in too big of a hurry to finish and andrew is obviously a company man who cares more about his status in the company than customer satisfaction
