    Bedroom & laundry addition. Backyard cement patio.
    $28,000

    Absolutely terrible experience. Sean Gregory abandoned a job with tons of work left to complete, and repairs to be made to things that were broken by Sean Gregory and his team, including my garage door that his team broke.

    Not complete:
    -3 windows not received or installed - paid by client
    -Trim not complete - paid by client
    -Leak in roof caused by roofers walking on roof
    -Leak in tank-less water heater (since installation)
    -Holes in ceiling caused when Sean installed fan - not repaired
    -Doors not installed - paid by client
    -Incorrect doors installed in bedroom closet - will not shut - paid by client
    -Floor transitions not installed - paid by client
    -Cement pad in backyard not poured properly - breaking and cracking - paid by client
    -Sand for leveling backyard was taken and not replaced
    -Garage door was damaged by Sean - was told would be fixed and has not been completed
    -Trash left in crawl space
    -Trash left in backyard
    -HVAC installed improperly - No air was going to the bedroom - Had to pay someone else to replace his work - paid by client

    This job is 2 months over the time he said it would be completed and for weeks now he has not shown up to complete the work.
