    New home bathrooms and pre plumb basement
    $15,000

    At first it was good. Then when we didn’t want to pay in full before the job was completed it all changed. Finally we went ahead and paid in full with the agreement that when we were ready to finish the downstairs that they plumbed they would complete the job. Well we were ready. I called and Aimee said they were too busy. Then we called her husband who is the owner and he said yea they would come out. My husband waited for a return call that we never got. He kept trying and then we hired another plumber. Well I guess they didn’t want to finish because the plumbing was way off downstairs and the plumber we hired had to make drastic changes to what we already paid for. My husband called them again and they wouldn’t even return his call so he left them a nasty message. Now after being told by another plumber it was way off he called again and I got a nasty text, not a phone call but a text saying he should stop calling that he must have misunderstood something. I called and spoke with Aimee who proceeded to tell me that because of the nasty message they would no longer do business with us. I told her it has nothing to do with the message she didn’t want to do the job anyway. At that point she said goodbye and hung up. Beware!!!!!
