Lakeside provided mold remediation as well as reconstruction afterward. From the moment I met Brian and Corey for the initial assessment, I was impressed with their expertise, friendliness, and willingness to answer my many questions. Their pricing was very reasonable and their estimates were very detailed and given in a timely manner. They told me what time they were going to arrive and what they expected to do that day and when the project would be complete. They worked tirelessly, quickly, but never once cut any corners. They treated my home as they would their own, thoroughly cleaning at the end of each day. This included wiping the floors on their hands and knees and cleaning any other surface affected. Their work was perfect, always going above and beyond to insure we were happy. In spite of the circumstances, at the end I was very pleased with the job they did and blessed to meet each one of them and am so grateful to them. I wouldn't hire anyone else if I ever needed this type of work again.
