Mr. Lamb came out to our house, gave me a bid. a few days later I accepted his bid and he said he had to check his calendar to schedule a time and he would call me back. Two days later, he hadn’t called so I called him and he said he’d hadn’t checked his calendar. When I asked him when he might be able to do that, he told me to find another electrician, I was flabbergasted, all I was trying to do is get a time for when he would be able to fit me in and he blows me off for daring to ask when I might be scheduled. Talk about lousy customer service skills. You can’t depend on him to follow up with his customer, stay away from him for your electrical needs
