This guy is a fraud. Before he could start a the job he quoted me he asked for 50% of the quoted price upfront before he would start the job. He gave an explanation that seem reasonable at the time so I paid him the 50%. After I paid him I never saw him again. That was almost 4 years ago. After seeing reviews from other platforms I see he is still defrauding others by using the same excuses he used to trick me into paying him the 50% of the quoted job. I don’t understand why he is able to retain his licenses with the Texas State Plumbers Board. In my honest opinion this man should be in prison for the amount of money he has defrauded his customers.
