Lamont construction has done four projects us. They are now working on a fifth project, which is a full kitchen/dining room remodel. Excellent work as always. Highly recommend them.

Beau Lamont and Lamont Residential Builders are the real deal. So very glad we hired them. They did a basement for us, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! I cannot recommend Beau and his crew enough!

Lamont Residential Builders has worked on two of my homes. From small items like changing out door locks, to bigger jobs like painting interior and exterior, replacing windows and doors, complete flooring upgrade (wood, laminate, and tile), new shower/tub, kitchen counters, trim throughout...etc. Beau, Steve, James, and crew have always done a professional job and exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use LRB for any and all of our carpentry/construction needs. If you want a company you can trust, go with LRB. They’ll treat you like family.

Beau Lamont was recommended by our kitchen designer and we were not disappointed. The project took longer than we expected due to the unexpected discovery of additional work that had to be performed. I think Beau's best assets are his honesty and trustworthiness. He also communicated very well. We were very pleased with the quality of work by his crew.

If you are looking for a contractor who has highly skilled crew members who pay attention to the quality of work they are doing and don't skimp on the details, I would highly suggest using Lamont Residential Builders. Not only do they do great work, but the carpenters are all very friendly and easy to get along with and always willing to fix something that you might be unhappy with or would like changed. Very satisfied with the work they do.

Beau Lamont and his team are by far the most professional building company in this area. I know quite a few decent builders in the area, however, Beau blows them out of the water. Beau remodeled our kitchen and installed new flooring in the house. I couldn’t recommend LaMonts highly enough. Communication was excellent. The guys went out of their way to make sure everything was as we wanted. Very kind and courteous. The work quality/finished product was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Working with Lamont residential builders was a treat. They were always in communication. The worksmenship was excellent. Very reasonable in price and quality you can trust. Met his guys that were working on our house, and they were very helpful in answering questions. They gave us a lot of tips on what to expect for the winters since we are not from around here. They showed us how to help maintenance our house. Great group of guys. Will definitely be using them again in our future projects.

Beau Lamont and Lamont Residential Builders went above and beyond our expectations on our basement remodel project. The project stayed on budget and the work was awesome! They installed a full wet bar, installed a gorgeous bathroom and an amazing family room. They don't get any better than this, true definition of integrity. Completely satisfied! We will call Beau and his crew for all of our future needs.

The contractor did an excellent job! Work was done in a timely and professional manner and was of excellent quality. We gave contractor access to the home during our absence with no issues. They did a good job of cleaning up and the work was done within the agreed upon contract price. The work done was as follows; framing and drywall three rooms, add duct runs/registers, add bathroom exhaust fan, lighting and recepticles, and plumb for a toilet, baseboard trim, and doors and frames, fireblocking and insulation. No painting or flooring were in the contract. Also very good communication with us and his subcontractors.

Response time is excellent. Always return calls immediately. Work ethic is excellent. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Contacted me Wednesday. Promised to call me back Wednesday night, but no call. I'm still awaiting a call back to arrange for a site visit.

Responded quickly. From quite a distance away so I said I would be in touch after hearing first bid. Friendly and professional.

I was very happy with the work done by Lamont Residential Builders. Beau provided a quote for the job and completed the work on time and below his original estimate. He was easy to work with and he provided photos of the work he did since I was not around when the work was completed. I would recommend him to others without a doubt!

We have used Beau Lamont for a total remodel of our bathroom and for rebuilding our deck. The thing I can say about him is that he is very honest and trustworthy person. But, besides that we have been very happy with the quality and servcie. He show up when he says he will and he stands behind his work.
