the owners are able to underbid jobs by leaving off necessary supplies that will be needed for the job for their bid. Once the job is done, they will pass the large overage off to the customer. Owners ignore homeowners requests, and tell the customer to stay out of it, cause they know what they are doing. Their work is so poor, and customer service is "shocking, rude, and borders on being reported" to authorities. They do not belong to BBB, and they have been fined for license problems.
