Lanai Window Enclosures

It has been one-year wher Lanai Windows Enclosures INC. install windows in my enclosed Lanai In Lehigh Acres April 2022. The cost of the installation was $10, 200.00. The first week of rain I reported the leaks. I called the office and the installer Buch. I keep calling and hearing that they are delayed, It has been a year. I asked to speak to the manger and or owner. The message system is no longer and they have returned my call for services which the warranty and guarantee e" Lifetime Guarantee for Leaks and Discoloration."

The payment made was 50% down and remaining after the installation completed. It was the same day the installation was completed that they called asking for payment.

During my way for services to repair leaks, IAN came and blew out two of the windows. I called and told then of what happen. They stated that they do very low business in Lehigh Acres and they put on the schedule. Keep in mind they have received payment and have called prior to fix leaks.

Please do not do business with this company as the services quality and customer services is lousy. I have filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Be aware of your contract guarantee and services commitment.

I paid l/2 down on a lanai job that was to take 3 to 4 weeks to complete. After a month of no contact or follow up regarding the completion, I called. I spoke with someone who said he would get back to me. I called again, still no response. I only needed 2 acrylic window breaks for my lanai.. I paid $2550 up front and have not heard from them and most frustrating is not even a call back with an explanation. Would not recommend this company. I used them because they are Vet owned and I also have a father, son and grandson in the military. If this is how they treat military, serving our country, it is more than a shame.

We purchased sliders from this company for our previous home and were completely satisfied. Move forward 17 years and we purchased a new smaller home, we contacted them and Jim came out and gave us an estimate. The order was placed and the job was done in a reasonable time, however we could see between the windows (which Jim came back and he saw and agreed). We were told that the men would be out to fix the problem, after a month and not hearing from anyone I contacted Jim again, he said that he would be in touch with the men who did the job. Again another month went by and no word, so another email was sent to Jim. Finally I received a call from the men who installed the windows, they came out and told me that it wasn't their problem BUT they would fix the problem. WRONG. They were at my house for less than 10 minutes and the 'job' that they did was disgraceful. i HAVE PHOTOS OF THE TERRIBLE JOB THST THEY DID). I again contacted Jim by email with photos of the 'job' and explained how bad it was, I never heard back from Jim. Finally I got on the ladder and corrected the job that should have been done in the beginning. I WOULD SERIOUSLY THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY, THEIR WORK ETHICS HAVE CERTAINLY CHANGED SINCE WE USED THEM IN THE PAST. A VERY DISGUSTED REPEAT CUSTOMER.

They were refereed by friends but unfortunately did not meet our expectations. They failed to complete the job. Lani enclosure failed city inspection and they refused to do the work necessary to complete it correctly. Now we are forced to have to pay another contractor to complete the work. Such a shame because they did come highly recommended.
