New Home Construction

They treat you like family!

I am new to the area and wanted a custom home. That was about all I knew. I had never built a custom home and was not very well versed in that world. The Lancaster Construction company was a true Godsend. Not only are they knowledgeable, responsive, honest, trustworthy, conscientious, and dependable, they are just plain pleasant to partner with. Given my lack of previous knowledge, they were extremely patient and willing to explain every single detail in the decision-making process (there are about 50,000 decisions to make). I was exceptionally impressed with Henry’s and Mr. Vic’s knowledge-level and relationship with contractors, inspectors, and other builders. Everyone respects them. The contractors the company works with are the best of the best. The contractors clearly aim to achieve their best for the Lancasters. Even with that, the Lancasters stand by every single item/decision and if you aren’t happy, they aren’t happy. To say they go above and beyond doesn’t cover their level of service and commitment to building a high-quality, well-constructed home. My home is gorgeous (inside and out) and is more than I dreamed it could be. The house is so gorgeous they were asked many times by passersby if they would sell the home. Lastly, they were on time and within budget. You really can’t ask for more.

Over the years I've designed and built four new construction homes. Working with Lancaster Construction has been my best experience by far. I love my new home in Three Runs Plantation in Aiken, Vic and Henry are right there with you from beginning to end, providing outstanding service. They are the most responsive builders I've ever worked with. You call them regarding any problem or question and if they don't answer they call you back immediately! I can't say enough good things about this company and have recommended them to a friend who also had a great experience working with Vic and Henry. Thank you, Lancaster Construction.
