If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this builder at all costs. If you are in Lancaster area, stay away from the new development they will be starting in the next year or 2. Here is a write up of my full review since it will not fit on this review.

We had our home built by Lancaster Home Builders several years ago. I would highly recommend this company. They were extremely professional and patient. They were always available to answer any questions and concerns we had. The quality of their work was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our overall experience was wonderful Thank you Lancaster Home Builders for making our dreams come true.
