Excellent job dependable knowledgeable punctual. I’m very happy with my hardwoods and I would highly recommend Bob and his crew to all my family and friends and I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do work again at my home.

Bob Lancellotta installed a Koa engineered floor in two rooms and a hall in my home The floor is absolutely beautiful , I have to be honest, when they first started I thought I had made a big mistake Bob must have seen that on my face because he assured me that the floor would be beautiful and I would love it ,he was right. Bob and crew did an excellent job I have to mention his crew are so polite and nice a pleasure to have in my home One of them even offered me some of his lunch ! I highly recommend Lancellotta flooring

We hired Bob to sand and refinish 2 floors in our house, 1 floor was to match existing floor color on the other half of the room, Bob said he would do his best to match it. First day crew was 3 hours late, 3rd day 45 min late. The color on the floor to be matched wasn't even close, they chose maple color and the existing floor was brown. Stain was splattered all along the perimeter of the room on the painted wainscoting. I just got off the phone with Bob to let him know about it, he says"I saw pictures of the floor, I think it looks fine. I knew you were going to be a problem from the beginning, look, just keep your money and we're done, alright?"Very Very unhappy, and unlike the previous review I will leave my name. Do not hire this guy- Horrible job

My husband and I thought Bob and his crew were great. Bob replaced the whole basement floor and steps with vinyl plank. It looks beautiful. They were done in three days. Cleaned up everything. Bob was extremely knownledgable and his estimate was very reasonable compared to other contractors in the area. I highly recommend Lancellotta Flooring.

Bob Lancellotta and crew installed a beautiful wood floor in our home. I got 3 estimates and his was not the lowest, but I could tell he knew his business best. The crew did a great job and we just love the outcome. 5 stars! I would highly recommend.

The floor itself was well done, so maybe I should not be so harsh, but everything else was frustrating. Didn't show up on time, the project went over their estimate in both time and money, scuffed up my newly painted walls, plus the chain-smoking right outside the door (with it wide open). But the thing that led to me posting this review was that they stashed trash all over my house when they were done, instead of cleaning after themselves. I would have preferred they leave a big pile somewhere so I could throw it out and move on, but weeks later I am still finding supplies and garbage... including empty coffee cups and pizza crusts. Gross.

I would give Mr. Lancellotta a 5 out of 5. He was very professional and efficient. He was also very knowledgeable! He was punctual and very clean. I would highly recommend him.
