LandArt installed the original landscape irrigation system in our community for both common areas and homes built 2016-2021. We have experienced four main line breaks this year, costing us thousands in unplanned repairs and exorbitant water bills due to leaks. We have several areas around the community that the layout and head spacing is so poorly designed that the landscape is not being watered and too many heads on the runs so that water pressure isn't enough to service the entire line. We cannot get the service rep to return our phone calls, not asking them to do anything other than come out and advise us on what we can do to improve these issues. I'm guessing they were "low bid" to the developer and, as the old saying goes "you get what you pay for," leaving us to deal with these issues.

Landart America installed the irrigation systems where I bought my Toll Brothers home in Santa Rita Ranch. I continued to have serious water leaks and many, many other issues while under warranty that just ended. One month before the warranty ended I reported a massive leak and dead master valve. They kept setting a date to fix it and then not show up. Now they are saying that the leak is caused by the cosmetic landscaping that I did and that they aren't going to fix it. I am filing a lawsuit. These people are scum bags.
