They allowed TWO trees to die. I specifically asked them to ensure this did not happen. Well, they wanted $500 to replace one tree (THEY were responsible for!)

Don't use LandArt. The kids they have working, work very hard, but they are very young and new to landscaping. The management for this company is lacking. They are very short handed and not servicing their customers based on the stated terms of the contracts. I am supposed to have service twice a month as I’ve got a good size yard. You would think with twice a month service my yard would look superb. I have been with LandArt for 6 years and the last two have been lacking in service. I have had managers out several times with promises to make things right only for them to fall down again and again in their promises. I have irrigation issues in my yard, but they said no issues, we'll take care of them. I have leaks everywhere. LandArt had to replace 5 rose bushes in my yard because they trimmed them incorrectly and killed them. I have had a "dormant" bush, according to the manger, for 5 months in my yard. No dormant about it, it's clearly dead and I had to finally remove it myself. The last two weeks I've had to trim all my own rose bushes, palm tree and rake up all the pine tree debris because they haven't for weeks. They finally came out and picked up the piles of debris I made but neglected to do any cleaning themselves with the rest of the debris still in the yard. If I would have at least gotten a call to say hey we aren't able to get out as often and therefore, we will adjust your fee accordingly for the service we can give, then fine. But don't take my money and not service me according to contract. Above all, don't give me excuses why you can't service my yard when you're contracted to do just that. You only have stars for the hard work of the kids that are doing their best; no stars for the management of this company. I fired them today, something I should have done a few years ago.

The worst company ever. They take your money and do nothing. When they 1st come out they come in their trucks and uniforms. Later it gets worse and worse to where they will send a homeless looking guy to your house with no experience.
