November 2023: I had the pleasure of initially interviewing and finally contracting Landazuri Painting (Cesar) and his team to assist me with one of my painting projects. The project entailed painting a total of three bedrooms; (ceiling, window trimmings, baseboards, closets, and doors). Additionally, updating the color of my fireplace (red brick color) which was a bit dated and needed a more contemporary color. I initially met Cesar to discuss the project in order to obtain an estimate and timeline for completion. Cesar was truly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He asked questions and listened to my requests and ideas. He also suggested and recommended diverse options that previous contractors did not initiate. I was impressed with his savvy and extensive knowledge of panting, colors and techniques.
Suffice to say my project was completed within the allotted timeframe. To add, Cesar and his team were very punctual, they arrived on time every day for the duration of the project and stayed later just to complete the desired work in order to meet the proposed deadline. Landazuri Painting also supplied protective coverings for areas that might be affected by exposure. They also cleaned up(i.e. e dirt/debris) at the end of each day before leaving, to ensure my home remained livable and inhabitable.
I was and still am incredibly pleased with the final results and outcome of the project. I would always and highly recommend Landazuri Painting for any painting projects you might be considering.
