    Ezra and his people replaced the existing roof with new one.
    $49,800

    Ezra did an excellent job with the replacement of our roof and siding project. The estimator that was sent from Landmark Construction Crew, did a very massive inspection of the roof, vents and attic before he provided us with the estimate. During his inspection, he asked so many great questions about our needs and requirements of the roof project. Ezra provided us with a wide selection of materials and colors to select from and he made sure to explain to us the pluses and minuses of each one of them. He was in communication with us before and after the installation of the roof. The new roof project final price was exactly what as the original quote so we had no surprises. The start day of the work, Ezra made sure that his people will cover lawn and deck so they will be protected - when we got back home… everything was clean. The dumpster that Ezra brought to our house, was removed the following day and the installation process was stress free from start to end! We would absolutely recommend Ezra and Landmark Construction Crew.

    We are beyond satisfied clients that hired Landmark Construction Crew did with the replacement of all our existing windows with new ones, the installation of new roof and some stucco repairs and new exterior paint. Ezra and his workers finished all the work on time and without any delays while they were very easygoing, hardworking people and definitely trustworthy. Ezra had an amazing energy and very friendly personality. He made sure to explain to us all the details of the work and the benefits of the windows and roof that he recommended us to have. All the questions that we had (even the smallest one), was answered in a professional manner and in a fairly time frame. We recommend all the people at Landmark Construction Crew because they did a wonderful job and we are looking forward to hire them again.

    Our kitchen, Master bathroom, bedroom and hall guest bathrooms were remodeled by Landmark.

    Our kitchen, Master bathroom, bedroom and hall guest bathrooms were in a need to be upgraded and modified. All of them urgently required a whole demolition and new remodeling. After several months of searching, meeting and talking to a good number of construction companies and contractors, we felt that we will never going to have this big project started. Our remodeling had several challenging requests and from all the people that we met and talked to, we didn’t fell 100% comfortable with the companies that we met. When we met with Charlie, we felt right away that we are in the right hands. Charlie came up with a detailed budget that was very clear and transparent. The positive feelings of Landmark Construction Crew was during the whole remodeling project and with every stage and detail. All the Landmark Construction Crew team was very professional and with excellent craftsmanship. Our project had several number of issues that required some modifications and redesign and they were able to bypass them without any hesitation. All the communication (phone, e-mail, personal meetings) were constant, trustworthy and always available. The design was top notch and we had a pleasure to work with each one of them during this remodeling project. Charlie is wonderful person and everyone at the crew was respectful of our home and privacy, always did their cleaned-up before and after each work-day. About the completed project - We couldn’t be happier with the remodeling and the new bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom. Thank you, Landmark Construction Crew!     After interviewing many companies I found Landmark Construction Crew. The price that I got from them was very fair, below my budget and it even included their designer. Ezra was very professional, skilled, and honest, full of great ideals and helped me a lot with his input while being thoughtful of my taste and needs. It was a big help to have someone else that could support all the small details in the kitchen. I highly recommend Ezra and his team of people for anyone who is interesting in remodeling their house Ezra is the perfect person that can organize and help in any remodeling project. Ezra’s supervision with his professional team, made the entire process very smooth and easy. They were all on time and they worked full days while making sure to clean the remodeling area at the end of each day. All of them were friendly people and polite while the office staff had a real appreciation for customer service. The kitchen came out beautiful, functional and exactly what I wanted. I will hire Landmark Construction Crew again for any future remodeling projects.

    Kitchen remodeling project.

    Hiring Landmark Construction Crew and working with Ezra was a great and smart decision to do. We recently did our huge kitchen transformation. The job included the removal of few walls, ceilings popcorn being removed, new plumbing, new lighting and outlets with some smart home features etc...The interview process was very intense and massive. We feel we interviewed a fairly amount of contractors (7)! We talked and met a variety of people/companies, from small to large. We called to each one and spoke to them over the phone and did a research about them making sure that they have valid license, insurance and bond. We talked to few secretaries that couldn’t say our names correctly even and made mistakes with the appointment schedules. When we called Ezra from Landmark Construction Crew he (the owner) answered...huge and big advantage on the rest. Some of the contractors that visited our house for an estimate would either agree to all of our requests by saying, "absolutely or of course" yes we can knock down this wall and not worry about support. And some of them kept telling me how they wanted to model our kitchen, not listening to our requests or ideas... Ezra was a very straight to the point kind of guy and without any selling stories. He told us we could knock down walls but be sure about any support beams that would have to stay or replaced. The first day we talked through the design and all the financing options. Since it was our first big project, we honestly didn’t have any idea about how much it could cost. The demolition was quick and clean. It took them only 2 days to complete this task. The working team were very nice to us and we got to know a lot about them. They made sure to use plastic covers every day and sweep up at the end of every day and made sure our house was livable. We ran into some of the beam support issues we mentioned above. Ezra came up with a great solution that caused us to redesign the kitchen look. Ezra came up with a suitable layout that worked for us. This actually changed the focal point of the kitchen and we loved the new look with this change. The project took a bit longer than we thought it would but was within the time frame that Ezra promised us. We could've had it done in less time but we wanted to take our time and to make sure that we are comfortable. The final kitchen is really stunning. We can see that there was a lot love, care, special touch and craftsmanship into the smallest finishing details. Ezra was on site almost every day. If it wasn't him, then his foreman was. He was equally as professional and committed as Ezra was. Ezra saw every step all the way through and ensured no detail was over looked. There was even a few details we asked for at the beginning of the project that we failed to remind him of that made its way into the final product. We were really happy to see this. There were several of small problems and things that needed to be addressed after the project ended, but Ezra was there. He popped in to make sure all was still good. He does this because the house needs a chance to settle in a bit. He addressed them no problem. OVERALL EXCEPTIONAL JOB by Ezra and his team at Landmark Construction Crew. We will definitely be working with him again!!!

    We started with a kitchen remodeling and then included all the bathrooms and flooring.

    It’s been many years since we moved into our house and done any remodeling work to our home so this time we were certainly anxious about the whole project. Luckily, Landmark Construction Crew and mainly Ezra, were able to provide me with an excellent service and beautiful kitchen. Ezra was at our house daily to check and see the crew or sub-contractors while making sure that everything is going according to plan and without any problems. After doing such an incredible job on the kitchen, I stated to Ezra that we want to do some more work with him. Ezra found a reasonable way to also remodel all the bathrooms and replace flooring throughout the house. This remodeling came out so good and it completely changed our house. Over all, we are so happy with this whole remodeling. We do recommended this company to all my friends and family and would definitely recommend them for you!

    Repair my foundation at my house

    From start to finish Ezra and his team at Landmark construction crew were reliable, easy to work with and professional. 2 years ago I hired a contractor to fix my foundation at my house. It was a disaster. I spent a small fortune and the problems came back immediately. After this bad experience, I searched for someone that can do it as it should be fixed and to be over with it. After I asked some of my friends and family, I got a hold of Landmark construction crew where they had a good experience with this type of problems and they did a lot of projects in the past.. I Met with Ezra from Landmark construction crew and after he checked and saw the problem, he was able to give me an estimate for that repair. His estimate was not the lowest in price but with the good recommendations that I got, I decided to hire them and to do the repair. What I liked was that Ezra spent a 1.5 hours under the house and inspect the perimeter. He took photos and sat down with me to show me his findings in detail. He was able to give me an estimate immediately. The work took exactly as long as he told me it would. They guys worked super hard and cleaned up after they were done. I cannot speak to the fact that the work done on my foundation will definitely fix our issues. I guess time will tell. Ezra did offer to come over anytime to take a look in the crawl space to make sure everything looks OK. I appreciate the customer service.

    Ezra did the following: New Paint, Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms. The work came out beyond our expectations.

    We hired Landmark construction crew to do an entire house renovation. The renovation included the new kitchen with high end appliances and low voltage lighting. In the surrounding of the house, we removed the old floor and they installed new mahogany engineered one which gave it a whole rich and beautiful look. The new appliances that we selected were subzero and Ezra with his team did a perfect installation for them. When it came to the remodeling of the 2 bathrooms, Ezra replaced almost everything in them and the new bathrooms came out the same as in the design that we approved during our meetings. In both bathrooms we installed glass shower doors, marble counter tops on the vanities and shower with a nice addition of LED lightings. I must mentioned that before we hired them for this large scale job, Ezra took us to several completed projects that they did so we can get the feel of how they finish their projects.

Ezra who was our project manager among his wonderful crew did an amazing remodeling job by upgrading our master bathroom including the replacement of all the windows at our house. The remodeling of the bathroom included the conversion of the walking shower to a larger shower and make it handicap accessible. Ezra was very skilled and hardworking man. He always kept us informed up to date about the work and his help made this project -- a great experience. We would recommend Landmark construction crew to others and our tip is to request Ezra as their project manager. It was absolutely a pleasure working with him…

    Exterior paint and replaced several windows.

    Perfect quality work for a great price ... and a pleasure company and painters to work with! We hired Landmark Construction Crew to paint the outside of our house last month. The paint work wasn’t an easy project because the house had several cracks and a lot of repairs on the exterior walls and some windows had leaks and needed to be replaced as well. We received several quotes from 5 different companies and Landmark Construction Crew was the best estimate compare to the others. We were very impressed with Ezra when we met with him. He was direct and straightforward with lots of knowledge in regards to construction and paint work. So we decided to go with them and we are very glad we did. Because of the problems of the exterior walls of the house, we wanted to take the opportunity of having the scaffolding up to have a contractor check out the front of the house and have all the additional work done as well. Ezra told us that he will do that as well without any problem. The windows that we needed to replace, required to remove the old ones, and install a special paper all around and to make sure that they will not leak again. The workers (4 in total) did an awesome work. Ezra’s guys worked each day and they made sure that everything is perfect and without any problem. 2 weeks it took them to complete the paint and to install the new windows as well. There was no down time. We were very happy with the quality of Landmark Construction Crew Painting's work. The house looks great. Ezra is a pleasure to work with. In addition to having to halt the work for the repairs, we changed our minds about the color of the paint several times and Ezra was relaxed and easy going about it all. And the price was right.

    Took me a while to write the review, but here it is: I had called the guys at Landmark Energy Upgrades, spoke with them in the summer when I thought that there was something wrong with my HVAC system, probably a leak or something I thought. Turns out it was my roof! My roof was not a cool roof which was why I was feeling like I was in the desert even with the HVAC on full blast. Thank God Ezra and their crew came down on time and helped me out by installing a cool roof.
