When I first contacted Linda she sounded very positive and helpful. However, she did not ever follow through with the estimate that I asked for; continually putting me off and blaming her boss for the delay. All I asked for was the cost for a stock plan that was reversed...simple right? For a solid month she repeatedly told me she would call me right back and never did. Perhaps because I am a private builder and only wanted one plan I was not worth thier time?
