My ongoing experience with future vision has been great. I was recommended by a family friend and decided to hire them for my bathroom remodel after my first meeting with Levy. Levy’s demeanor was professional and it was clear that he was an expert in the field from the little time i had spoken to him. He started with the 3D designs the next day and I was very happy with his vision. The bathroom was exponentially smaller than it is now and he recommended breaking down the wall to extend and that is what we did. The final result came out breathtaking. After meeting with a handful of local design build firms, I decided on this company for my interior remodel (kitchen and 2 full baths). The project manager Leron was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, from plumbing to electrical to structural. The contract was very detailed and laid out the pricing of every single item down to the light switches. Leron was a very clear communicator and always let me know of any work that needed to be completed outside of that contract so that I could keep track of the budget easily. He was extremely responsive throughout the project, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response from him. The sub-contractors they works with are top-notch, and I never had any issues with quality or reliability. I absolutely love how the project turned out and highly recommend Landmark Remodeling. Landmark enlarged our shower and removed our tub. They did a beautiful job and we are very pleased! There were two crews. The second crew, Antonio and Jose, just finished the last to be done and finished the wall where tub was removed with the extra sheets of material from shower, and final touch up painting and doing that was not even in the contract.

I recently hired Landmark for a remodel of my kitchen. These guys have it figured out. The contractor we worked with was Levi. He was extremely professional and straightforward. He let us know exactly what he was going to do before he did it, answered all of our questions, gave us a time estimate and finished a day early.

We ended up getting brand new cabinets and a new hood. The hood was initially too large to fit into our kitchen but Levi and the crew actually altered the walls to make it fit and it looks great!

The crew was a bunch of quality guys, all with a great deal of knowledge, and they were so respectful of me and my house. I have a dog at home while Im away at work, so the crew spent a great deal of time with him. I trust people if my dog trusts them and Lenny loves the whole crew!

Extremely happy with our results! We completely redid the exterior of our 3-level home with Hardie plank and corrugated metal, new windows and doors, and moving/rebuilding of the main stairs. I've now had the pleasure of using Nati’s crews at Landmark Remodeling for two projects. The first was a smaller project to repair some siding that the builder on our home incorrectly installed. The Landmark Remodeling crew worked fast and were very polite and professional and they left the site and the home in great condition! Better than before. The second project was a larger cedar rainscreen project that they installed in several areas around our modern home and it was done so beautifully. We did two projects with them, with were the remodeling our bathrooms and kitchen. The entire experience, including the project manager, Steve , was amazing. Besides the product being high quality, I liked the fact that the fees are only due once each major part the project is finished and you like the end result, otherwise they improve as many times as needed. We were also able to request reasonable adjustments during the process and they were done without charges.
I recommend this company over others, as there was no unexpected bad experience.

We have used Landmark Remodeling on several projects on our home. They built our studio and several years later did an extensive full house remodel on the main residence. They was knowledge and experience to the team. They were active problem solvers and worked well with the design team on all levels.

With floors downstairs, new stair rail installation, rewire of kitchen lighting and switches, gas appliance connection installation, removal of waste, new baseboard installed, crown molding install, and new light fixture installation. We started out design in June, ordered materials in August, started construction in October, and completed construction at the end of November. Excellent overall experience. The entire team was involved and responsive throughout the entire experience. All of the members were trustworthy and helpful, especially Athos, Leron and Will. Everyone of them was handled to our satisfaction. I will definitely be using Them again in the future to redo my upstairs and add in a pool. Honestly can't say enough great things. A must if you want to support local business.

I hired Leron and his crew to remodel two bathrooms and do a minor remodel of my kitchen in my new house. We are very happy with the results! Liron was always on the ball, had clear communication on when I was needed and for what. We decided to remodel our kitchen. It was extremely difficult to find a good contractor who was able to start immediately. We contacted Landmark Remodeling and the work was completed in a week. They worked around our schedule. They came to our home and outlined the project. They met with us at our convenience as each decision was needed. The remodel consisted of cabinets, lighting, flooring, new counter-tops, and new hardware. We were very happy and pleased with the work. It was beautiful after it was done. The crew is impeccable. Very polite and professional. We will definitely recommending them to our friends and family.

Leron and his team have done a variety of projects for us over the past year. They remodeled our bathroom, updated our electrical, finished our garage (including adding a new attic), replaced all our windows and doors, and resurfaced the stucco on our entire house. I really appreciate Leron’s attention to detail and how fast he completes each project. He is also always willing to answer any questions I might have, even if its on a Saturday night and I'm at the store trying to select windows. The foreman, Luis, is fantastic. Luis is very patient with my design requests and always delivers them exactly on point. Leron and his team are a joy to work with and we will be hiring the again in the next few months to remodel our kitchen.

My house is located at the foothill and part of the handrail were collapsing due to water damage. This is not a easy to build deck cause involving the foundation. Ron came and gave me a quotation the second day and other company I contacted they were all busy and never returned to my call. The process went smoothly and Ron always answered my text within hours. His crew Lorenzo was also very helpful and professional to explain and build the deck and the foundation. Their price is fair and their work is fantastic. Without Ron, I know I couldn’t handle the project myself. He gave me the idea of using durable Ipe wood on the post and pressure treated wood to build the foundation and flashing around the edge to prevent water damage to the house. The deck materials I am using is not real wood come with 40 years warranty, without using any nail except on the edge. They were patient enough to build it cause the angle of the deck were hard to calculate. I really appreciate the workmanship and so happy I finally can enjoy the deck.
