My experience with Landon Homes has been a nightmare. 60 day delay in closing with a healthy punch list not completed at closing. Approaching 90 days and punch list not complete. Large turnover and poor communication, lack of follow up and monitoring of trade workers. I would not recommend building with Landon or buying a home built by them as a resale.

We have been in our house for 18 months now and the only issue we have had is a bathroom floor tile that keeps cracking. Besides that everything else is fine. You definitely have to stay on top of everything while in the building stage; we had many mistakes. Communication was not very good. I think they build a good house just lacking with supervisors and inside employees.
