They had to come back twice to do the job asked before we paid them. The plants they got were very small and cheap. Come to find out they didn’t put anything for the trees to water underneath the turf so the two trees we have in the front lawn are dying very fast with the summer heat. They won’t return phone calls or text messages. Don’t do business with Mark Sasselli.

By Dainta B.November 1, 2024Water Feature$5,834
I would not hire this company ever. Hired them in August 14, 2024 for a three day job and currently as of November 1 it is not done. No one seem to know what they were doing on my water feature and it has leaks everywhere and it's just sitting here unfinished, poor, poor communication, barely existing communication. Warning warning.

By Charlotte G.August 29, 2023Properly install artificial turf in all my yards - front and rear$3
Absolutely would NOT recommend this company. Mark Sasselli (owner) will never contact you after the job is over. I have been trying to get something done about a poorly installed front yard with artificial turf since March of this year and I got lip service from the crew lead and from Mark. DO NOT buy plants or services from these people. You will just be frustrated and sorry. I had 2 other companies come and look at my yard and they both agreed there was a problem. One of them told me that they have had to re do several of LandPro's projects. By the way, they used to go by GrowPro. Funny how that works... I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection and they can't do anything since the turf was installed. NO pride in workmanship or concern for you as the customer once they've got your money.

This job started April 2024 and was not fully completed until Sept 25 2024. His state contractors license: 13272217-5501. Business used to be call GrowPro Landscaping and Maintenance.
Most unprofessional contractor we've ever dealt with. We found LandPro through Face Book and sent them a DM. Had the owner, Mark Sasselli, come out mid-April 2024 to give us a quote for some back yard landscaping, sprinklers, artificial turf, sprinklers/valves and decorative rock on slope and within our yard. He sent us a bid and requested 60% up front. In addition, he informed us that he had a pretty packed schedule and couldn't start the work till 1st week of June.
1st week of June came and went. I called the office and spoke to Jordan (who is no longer there)
June 7 came and no phone call, not email/texts of what time they would be showing up. I called and was informed that I was now a week out (June 14). Concrete guys didn't show up until June 26. During that time, there was no phone calls, not texts, no communication whatsoever as to when the work would start.
On a random basis for about a week, these workers would show up, be on the "job" for a couple hours - literally sit there and do nothing - and then leave. Finally on June 26, some guys showed up to prep for concrete. Concrete was poured on the 27th. Then, nothing. Crickets. Finally, some communication and by Jul 11, rock on slope was installed. There was never any follow up for the next steps, when workers were coming out. On Jul 15, the turf was installed. By 1 Aug, the new sprinklers were not working. Over the course of 2 months, I called Mark and his job superintendent, Victor, to come out and fix the leaking sprinkler box and had almost no communication. By end of September, sprinkler box was still not working. Due to where we live (cold weather), we had to shut off the sprinklers and attempt to work on it in late spring of 2025. Have called Marks office once (May) and it went to voicemail. Also - paid $900 for a "firepit" that's a bunch of bricks. The workers never even put it together. We are left to design this on our own. The turf grass is coming apart and the communication with this company has been extremely frustrating.
