Our project was sabotaged by our previous builder, BC Inc. The house has presented normal challenges for a house it's age but, BC Inc. only made it, exponentially, worse. Please see a review on BC Inc. if you want specifics. We fired BC Inc. and hired Jerry Landreth and once they were approved by Wells Fargo, workers showed up EVERY SINGLE DAY and completed the project in 3 months. BC Inc. didn't even pull permits until 32 days after they were to start! Jerry hired the best subcontractors and the work was done beautifully! Every subcontractor was knowledgeable in their craft and worked on our home as if they were working on their own home. Jerry was very concerned that we were happy with every phase of the project.
