We had a great experience with Landscape Design. Their work was high quality, timely and reasonable. We enjoyed working with both Dave and Jeff. They were easy to talk to, responded quickly if we had a question. We have referred them to 2 neighbors who have both used them for projects at their house. We also had them do another project at our home this past spring. High quality at an affordable price, it was a great experience for us.

Jeff (and David and Kyle) – we are now closing eleven weeks since we first requested a proposal and schedule to conduct repairs to our patio your company installed in 2020.
I am writing now to formally express my complete dissatisfaction with Landscape Design Group having made multiple attempts since April 1 to receive such a proposal and schedule, but my inquiries have gone completely unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is not only frustrating but also entirely unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction as you so clearly (mis-)state as your guiding philosophy on your opening webpage.
While we do appreciate your effort to fix our back retaining wall, that only came after four pleading requests, and then that work was done very last minute—only 48 hours in fact before our HOA deadline requirement to have the repairs done.
Such conduct as you have shown us these last eleven weeks is not only disrespectful but also undermines the trust and confidence we have in your company. Further, I am unaware of any action we may have engaged in with you or business issue you have with us to deserve such treatment. We can only conclude now that Landscape Design Group suffers from a demonstrable lack of business integrity and lack of business ethics and is wont to show unprofessional behavior to certain past, continuing, or future customers. As a result of this interaction, we can neither endorse nor affirm our agreement with your webpage statement, “We are dedicated to providing total satisfaction and attention to detail”—sorry, we just don’t see it!
Lastly, we see this current interaction as not only unethical business-wise, but also detrimental to your company's reputation and customer relationships. You may be aware of the old business rule that each one positive review influences 11 readers positively, but one negative review influences 17 readers negatively. Regrettably, then, this experience leaves us no choice but to share our current perspective of the company on various business review platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack, Houzz, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Obviously, no further action on a proposal or schedule for our patio repairs is needed.
