Living in Gilbert, AZ, my house is susceptible to damage from expansive soil. In order to protect my investment, I decided to install gutters and French drains to direct rain water away from my house. Though there are plenty of landscapers and gutter installers out there, I wanted someone who would be specialized in landscape drainage. Not only did Landscape Drainage Solutions fit the bill, but it was the only company I could find with this specialty. I confess I was nervous about not being able to "shop around" a bit, but I didn't need to worry. Tom took a look at my yard and house, figured out the exact layout for the gutter and drainage system, and quoted what I thought was a very fair price for the work.
The drainage installation itself was performed by two companies: the gutters were installed by a company Tom partners with, and the French drains were installed by Tom's company. Everyone I dealt with through the entire experience was polite, professional and punctual. The work itself was so impressive I wouldn't have known it had been done if I didn't think to look for it. The seamless gutters were matched to the paint so well that they practically disappear against the house, and the soil and rocks over the French drains were replaced so carefully that you'd have no idea that anyone had dug there, except for the pop-up drains at the edges of the yard by the curb. I wasn't just pleased, but very impressed by the service provided by Landscape Drainage Solutions.” March 12, 2012
