    pobd/waterfall, tree irrigation and put plants into ground and add itrigation
    $39,000

    contractor was not knowledgeable about the Aquascape Waterfall/pond unit and put one in that states it for an 8000 gallon pond and my pond is under 2000 gallons. Since I did not notice this until he had been paid his $38,940 in cash (including very very overpriced irrigation - 2 pipes and drips for 25 trees). These guys had extension cords in trenches for 2 weeks that would short out when the plants got watered and I alerted Martin the owner twice by email in 1 week to please fill in the trench as its dangerous for me, my son and dog having a hot cord out but he did nothing. Even worse, his team took. week off my project which had ditches and cords around to go work on another job. They planted shade plants in sun and full sun plants in shade I had to move. Many items on the quote he typed were not provided such as different soils per plant types. I canceled the 12 yards of mulch he wanted to charge $2500 for but he ignored my email and brought it anyway ans the guys dumped it in the yard without the pre emergent as I kept texting Martin for them to stop and he let them continue so I overpaid that quote by $2000 alone. The guys used my wheelbarrow ans other tools which I kept way around my side yard and in my shed without asking and took some and it was very difficult to have them returned. i would receive a call from the owner Martin saying he gave his crew the day off and they would show up 2 hours later, only to say the other job they were sent to was not ready for them. Constant lies, quote not adhered to and items not provided but I paid for, constant lies, severe overcharging, electric work not to code as this is all being reported since it is too many items to list as I feel I was taken full advantage of. They installed drip lines with sprinklers on the same valve so sprinklers had no pressure— I do not feel this company is. ompetent for any outside yard work at all!!!
