If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Scheduled an appointment with this company in excess of three weeks out. Never showed, never called. After attempting to contact this business via phone for four hours past the scheduled time, I finally spoke with someone. I was told that despite scheduling a lawn appointment weeks out, they were unable to fulfill the appointment. I received several excuses as to why they couldn't do it; over-booking, personnel issues, holidays, etc... Not once was I given a solution as to how they could complete this job, as scheduled, and was instead told they wouldn't be able to do it for an additional three weeks. No show, no call and multiple excuses equals no business and no customers.
