Josh Mcpheron, owner of Desert Designs Landscapes L.L.C has defaulted on my contract with this company. In Nov. 2022 I paid Desert Designs $22,000.00 to contruct and install masonry walls with attached metal wrought iron fencing.
I hired Josh Mcpheron because he was available to work on building the fenced pet enclosure for my dog, at my just purchased home in Saddlebrooke Ranch Retirement Community.
My rating for Mr. Mcpheron is 0.5-1, for failure to honor his contract with me, and for breaching the contract by walking away with @$43k in total funding without constructing the backyard fence enclosure. No metal fencing installed, construction of masonry walls and gate space is built, but not to designed specifications. I paid Josh $22,000.00 for this fencing, and he has not returned to complete the job. He has not visited my house since I paid him in Nov. 2022. He has "ghosted" me, no show at EVERY scheduled appointment with zero communication on how he plans to rectify the contract loss I incurred. Be warned:
Review Desert Designs AZROC (Arizons Registry of Contractors) and Better Business Bureau results and HEED my latest warning to NOT HIRE this man or his Company for your projects. He has lost his business license this year from AZROC for too many similar, abandoned r unfinished contracts and defrauding his customers.
