    Lane has done a lot of work on houses and apartments I have lived in! From ceiling fixtures to wiring and new set ups around the house! He has always been honest and helps the customer stay within their budget. Would recommend him to everyone!

    Update old electrical wire

    I wrote an earlier review of Lane Martinez in a negative light before I found out recently by getting into the attic with the home inspector since we’re selling our home and he did the work and is far from a joke. Im not able to remove my earlier review for some reason and I’m adding this correction now.

    Lane is a joke. We agreed to remove all the knob and tub in the attic and to 7 switches, he didn't do anything in the attic and put 6 inches of THHN at the end of the knob on the tube connected to the switches. Very bad work!
