It was not good. I am an older woman who had an old oil burner and the coil broke. It didn't make sense to repair because of the age--around 25 years old. I was without hot water and couldn't put heat on. He installed a new oil burner, and it has broken down. My oil service company said they do not sell these any more. It is a bad burner with lots of problems, and it wasn't installed correctly. My service company is checking everything he did including the chimney.
Make sure that you get several estimates and several recommendations on a plumbing and heating contractor. I was charged the price of a good oil burner but I did not get one installed.
