Josh Langley is not a man of his word. He stated he would fix all items listed on the inspection report except the driveway and he did not. He did leave screws/nails in the driveway in front of the garage along with the large construction staples, residue in the floor and on the window that he attempted to repair and a 30 gallon bag of trash in the garage. I sent him an email he claimed (to my face) he didn't receive although the realtor sent it to him as well. When I called him, he was immediately on the defensive and stated I was nit-picking. The call dropped and he wasn't professional enough to call me back. He knows the job he did was substandard at best. I guess it benefits him that he knew the appraiser, says he was good friends with the inspector on one call and then claimed not to know him on our last call and is friends/neighbors with the realtor. Having money is a good thing, but it can't buy class or integrity. I could go into detail about what wasn't done and a major issue that somehow got 'missed' by the inspector and appraiser, but Josh knows what a poor job he did and he obviously does not take pride in his work. A sloppy one coat of paint and a few fancy light fixtures is NOT a true renovation. Beware of doing business with this man, especially when the realtor is representing him and you.
