    replace roof for 4 units

    I hired Lannick Construction to replace the roof on my 4 units in Truth or Consequences, NM. The job took much longer than estimates and when it was almost complete, work stopped because of Ted leaving for a trip. I was assured that the roof was secured and would not have any leaks. January 17, 2017 there was a storm and my 4 units were destroyed because the roof leaked in all 4 units and the ceilings crashed in. The property was uninhabitable so I had to pay for lodging for tenants until they could find another place to live. The property had to be rebuild, but unfortunately the roof stayed the same crummy job that Lannick Construction did. Did not even remove air conditioning units, just butted the shingles up against so rain can pour in. The roof has been leaking for almost 2 years and Lannick said to me in October 2018, too bad, I am bankrupt. What is to happen now????

    promised home repair, roofing, and painting job finished "well before Thanksgiving". We suggested to wait until spring if he could not handle that time frame. "No Problem. we can have this job two weeks before Thanksgiving." major, major, problems occurred. Honestly. One thing after another. We have just now completed his mishaps in January. Beware people. We are done now and so far things are good. Beware.
