My experience in working with Tom is not so good. The quality of workmanship, once finally completed is satisfactory. Getting there not a good experience. When doing roof repair, extensive small debris was left on property, in grass on parking lot etc. incl. nails. People (barefoot) use pool area and dogs are on property. He was repeatedly requested to clean up and I had to go behind him and pick up what he had not! Communication also VERY poor. He did not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. I had several questions regarding items on invoices and he NEVER replied. This was a 200K + project. I advise to contract with an alternative roofer/contractor.
