He always let me know what was going on and where we were in the project. He said it would take 6 weeks and he finished early! Avoid this company! There is a reason that the reviews are either prefabricated 5 star reviews or honest one star ones. Sharon is totally dishonest building us a deck that did not meet cope and claiming it was our fault! We are consulting a lawyer who confirms any licensed builder can not build anything out of code. Other projects were left unfinished including leaking showers, gutters leading to nowhere etc. save your money and chose anyone apart from LAR

Sharon and his team remodeled both of our bathrooms, and we are thrilled with the outcome. They were very considerate of our home and keeping things clean. It's hard to find good contractors out there. I needed someone to remodel my bathrooms and kitchen and Lar Construction helped me out with the process. It's always nice having a service that will be there for you when you have questions or need advice. LAR Construction and Remodeling provided excellent design recommendations for our master bath. Once a design/layout was agreed upon, we were provided 3D images of what the end product would look like, once the project was completed, it was amazing on how accurate the plan images were compared to the actual bathroom! We are definitely pleased.

It was a great decision to hire LAR Construction to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. Danielle was so easy to work with. It's very clear that he's been doing this for a long time. I had some questions and concerns regarding my roof. I wanted to redo the roof completely but didn't know if that was the best option. We had been having issues previously with the roof and spent tons of money repairing it. I wanted to fix it once and for all. Danielle told me what would be the best option for us. He has his crew do a walk through and check out the roof. He gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable. They started the work and finished within a week. They did a marvelous job. I'm very pleased with their service. I recommend them. Sharon and his team did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. We're in an older house and had lots of challenges with walls and floors that weren't quite straight/level. Sharon provided lots of solutions to help fix or manage all of the issues, and was able to handle a lot of additional modifications beyond the cabinets. He came up with a great approach for rerunning some of our plumbing and electricity that allowed us to have the kitchen we originally imagined in the space. Very prompt, precise and always left everything clean and in order while working. Very appreciative of their work..

We are extremely happy with the addition that we did and remodeling project of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms that was done by LAR construction & remodeling did for our home. We added a large master bedroom and a master bathroom that included shower and tub among all the other features that need to be in a master bathroom and converting our original master bedroom into two kid’s bedrooms, In addition to that, we did a full kitchen remodel, and added a large deck in the back yard. During the entire project, LAR construction & remodeling offered professional services and advises. They were pretty honest, unlike many another contractors that all they know is to lie and add you things that you don’t need so they can make more money into their pocket. LAR construction & remodeling gave us an honest quote from start and he stayed behind that quote till the end of the remodeling, guided us throughout the entire process, and followed through with all of their obligations and responsibilities. Throughout the process, LAR construction & remodeling staff were professional and friendly. Daniel takes a huge pride in his company, and ensures that his customers are treated right and above. It’s hard and almost impossible to find this degree of professionalism very often.

Inexpensive and so far so good. Had my whole roof replaced and the price was very good and the job was done in a timely fashion. I have a flat top roof which used to be tar and gravel and was replaced with composite. Also I have a lightwell which they all redid.

Sharon did a great job for us. We were in a jam and surprised that our roof sprung a leak during the last rainy session. We went a year without much rain. Sharon and his crew patched it up quickly and helped us reduce damage to our interior ceiling and wood flooring. He even came back to confirm that more didn't need to be done. In an age where I feel like a lot of people nickel and dime you for showing up, Sharon did an honest and thorough job. I would refer him to others.

David and his team came and diagnosed our problem very quickly. They seem very knowledgeable and their response time was quick. Unfortunately, they do not do the type of work our roof required (tar work, etc.), but I will absolutely call them for any other roof-related issue we have in the future without hesitation. Recently had my bath redone including new flooring and installing a walking shower. The designer Danielle, provided an excellent presentation regarding my needs for the bathroom. David and his crew did the installation. Were truly highly qualified professionals. Arrived with masks and gloves and made sure not to take off the masks the whole time while working. This was very important to us during this pandemic. The crew took great pride in performing their work. Did a wonderful job of cleaning up. Showed up on time and completed the project sooner than expected.

We found LAR Construction & Remodeling while they were working on a remodeling project in another house on the neighborhood. During that work, I approached the supervisor John and we asked him to see the work. After we saw what did do and how beautiful it is, we asked him to pass by our house and to see what we want to do and to give us a quote for the work. We wanted to remodel the kitchen and bathroom and also to paint the entire house. John came over and saw our house. He then went back to his office and did his homework including a 3D design. Dew days after, he called us and set an additional meeting with us to show us his ideas and prices. The remodeling project started a week after we agreed and signed all the documents and it took them less than a month to complete it. John did a wonderful work and he was able to implement most of the things we wanted. The kitchen came out beautiful and very functional while the bathroom got his new look and design. The final touch was the paint of the house which gave us a brand new look of the entire house. The whole remodeling was done in a very professionally manner. John put a lot of attention to all the details of the work. Thanks to John and entire crew that worked including the office staff for making our house look great!

Tony is an excellent person that care a lot for the happiness of his clients while making sure to bring any remodeling come true with extra attention to perfection and details. He is well organized and very strict on the project timing. He met with us several times before we even got the design of the remodeling project, the meetings were mainly for him to listen and understand what we really want to get from this project and after he understood that part, he start to share his ideas that were basically an improvement to ours. His crew of skilled people were very polite, making sure to keep all the area clean and neat as much as they could, dealing with any issue that came up during the work right away. All of the people that were involved at this project, we responsive to any of our comments and questions and they fixed anything and everything. We couldn’t be more pleased with the remodeling project that they did (a complete kitchen remodeling) and with Tony’s supervision. We do trust this company and we will hire them for any future projects at our home.

Early of this year, we decided to have our kitchen remodeled so we called several contractors to come over, check and give us quotes. The design and the quote that we got from David at LAR Construction & Remodeling and design was very good. His ideas was not to take down any walls while having a brand new look and all the functionality that we need. LAR Construction & Remodeling and design were able to include in their quote a food pantry, an island with trash & recycling containers, shelves, double stove, cook top, dishwasher, built in microwave, & many more items. The new kitchen cabinets made the kitchen white and bright, bigger but still with a cozy feeling. Their final price was a little less than the original price that David quoted us and we had no hidden charges at all. David supervised all the people on a daily basis making sure that we are happy with the progress and with the completion of each stage of the remodeling. We are in love with the new kitchen and we are so happy on how it came out.

David did a fantastic job. We have completed two renovations with LAR Construction & Remodeling and the second one was just recently. They converted our existing master suite to an additional bedroom with walk-in closets, painted the hallway with addition of crown molding and remodeled the patio. In the patio, they did all the hardscape (fire pit/table and BBQ area). The paperwork from the estimate all the way to the finish of the work, was organized in details and they finished the entire work with a minor delay. Most of the delays happened because there were several issues with the materials that we purchased and they were not in stock. Most project issues that were raised during the work, were handled professionally by David, his team and subcontractors which helped tremendously in solving them quickly and efficiently. We can’t be happier with this entire experience with them and mainly with the way this remodeling came out, because we know personally about bad cases where work was not done professionally OR they were abandon in the middle. We are very thankful that our remodeling project went like that.

We recently finished our 600 sq/ft room addition at our home. We can’t write here enough good things about how satisfied we are with the completed addition project. We have already referred LAR Construction & Remodeling to some of our friends. Our addition project was to add an additional master suite that includes a small sitting room with built in wall cabinets and a small bar, a full bathroom, walk-in closet and of course the bedroom. Daniel and his dedicated hardworking crew did a wonderful job. Not only that they took the blue prints and build them but they did it like it was their own project. They asked all the right questions and suggested many recommendations when they noticed a problem with the existing plans. Daniel was at our house on a daily basis and he kept us informed of the current status of the work. They finished the remodeling job ahead of the planed date. We will contact them again in the future for any remodeling projects we may have.

We had our master shower remodeled last month by LAR construction & Design and couldn't say enough good things about them all. From the beginning of this remodeling, David who was the main person that I dealt with gave me a good estimate that was compared to the other estimates that I got from the other contractors that I met prior to hire him. David and the crew of remodelers completed the bathroom on time and their work was beyond my expectations! After the work was completed, I had some issues with the shower system and when I called David and told him about it, David was so nice and he helped me on the spot by sending his guy to come over and check the problem and fix it. Even during the actual work, David was available to help me without any problem. While they remodeled my bathroom, I asked David to see if he can do some additional work around the house and he did it without any hesitation. My experience with them just showed me how good contractor David is and that their clients is the main important thing. I couldn't be happier!

Gilli and the whole team at LAR construction & Remodeling did an entire remodeling project for us by adding a second floor to our house. They were remarkable people to work with, reliable and polite while Gilli and the office staff focused of keeping the budget within the agreed one. Gilli was very structured, kept our project on the timely schedule and during the entire work, he made sure to avoid any hidden charges or increases in the price due to several changes we had. We had complete assurance that Gilli and his team ARE the right people to work at our home. The office designer provided her professional help based on the design goals and vision, helping to select fixtures, colors etc… which made this remodeling very easy and stressful. We would absolutely hire them again. We recommend them to anyone who asks!

My kitchen was recently remodeled by Tony and his workers. His work started with a meeting so he can understand what me and my wife wants, and it ended with a beautiful kitchen that included: new paint, new cabinets, counter tops, back splash and more... his work took close to a month and Tony came over to our house few times a week to make sure that everything is going according to plan. I'm very happy with his work, his attitude and his passion to his work.

Giovanni and his workers were the people that worked at our house. The communication between us to Giovanni was very good and he kept us informed about everything during the work process including arrivals of materials. The kitchen remodeling ended after 5 weeks of a day to day work and few other days after that for some adjustments and paint repairs.

We hired LAR Construction & Remodeling to do complete remodeling of our master suite. The remodeling started from the design aspect all the way to execute it. Ziv and his skilled crew put a lot of attention on making the best possible results for this project which made us very happy and pleased from it. The construction was the easy part after we focused on the design that was made by the office designer which included everything we wanted to get and Ziv took this design and brought it to life. Ziv and his entire crew were very patient with us while guiding us each and every step of the work. We are excited with our remodeling and we do love each part of the work they did at our house.

LAR construction & remodeling have recently finished the remodeling of all the bathrooms, laundry room and formal living room. We’ve been very satisfied with everything they’ve done for us. The formal living room included the replacement of a built in book shelves on each side of the fireplace and a built-in desk with cabinets that functioned as my in house office. More than that, they replaced all the floors around the house and installing a matching stairs that were built from metal. All the work was made in a high quality, on schedule and on budget (without any hidden charges). Tony helped us with all the design ideas that we basically didn’t know or thought we can have which was to our opinion the reason for the success of this remodeling. Tony and his team arrive to the house every day in the morning and they worked until the daily tasks were completed (under Tony supervision). All of them were professional, polite and easy going and we felt very comfortable having them in our house when we left the house during the day for our daily things. At the end of every day, they made sure to have at least 30 minutes for cleaning and during the work, they tried to keep the disruption of the rest of the house as little as they could. LAR Construction & remodeling was recommended to us by one of our close friends, the LAR Construction & remodeling team were very skilled and hardworking people. Sharon is a skilled contractor and designer who give 100% of himself in order to achieve the very best of work. Our project included the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom and was managed by Sharon while executing by his team. The entire remodeling is a huge success and we are very happy with the results of how it came out. Each time we walk and use our new kitchen, we totally amazed and happy. The same feeling we have for the rest of the remodeling as well. Everything in the work including the painting, new insulation, woodworking, cabinets etc… are in perfect final results. In regards to the communication and reports – Sharon made sure to keep us in the loop in regards to anything involved with the work. We are very happy.

Over the past few years, I had the opportunity to work with several contractors on the renovation of our home. The experiences were varied, but LAR construction & remodeling was absolutely the best. They are very professional and mainly great communicators and meet all their commitments. I found out that they are very easy to work with. David came to my house as scheduled to see the project and within a few days he was able to provide me with a bid for the dining are remodeling. He took pictures and clearly explained the work scope including some external repairs that I wanted to include. He provided a well-made written estimate. He answered all my questions and I was pleased that LAR construction & remodeling take care of everything from A-Z without the need to involve me much. Once the decision was made to proceed with LAR construction & remodeling, my communications were all with David. David was consistently responsive to my phone calls, provided the scheduling and explained the process in detail. He explained that all the materials would be delivered a few days before the installation directly to my house, and the work would be done over 2 weeks. When I asked about the invoice..........he let me know that the estimate also served as the invoice. Very nice, they stand behind their bid. Overall, this was a very nice experience with a contractor. They are reliable, professional and handle all the details, i.e. permits, etc.
