    Check my AC units

    I got to know Laramie while he was out. He is one of the most qualified HVAC technicians in Utah. Recommended to me by a distributor that sells technicians the products.

    I imagine that the bad reviews are highlighted because he is smart and won't pay review sites money to keep his good reviews.

    I highly recommend Laramie.

    They came out because of landmark home warranty and did not even address the issue that I called about. It was for 1 rattling AC vent in a room where the other vent works fine and all the other vents in our home also work fine. He blamed it on a noisy air compressor outside. This company is a joke and should have their license taken away. I will just pay to have it taken care of by our handyman. That also shows what a scam these home warranty programs are.

    Same experience for us too. This guy is a flake. He is horrible at communicating and takes forever!!! He would not show up when he promised he would. This happened time and time again. I would rather pay double and get the work done right and in a timely manner!!

    I've had the same experience. He doesn't show up when he says. He doesn't answer your calls or text. He doesn't properly diagnosis or service what he's paid to. I've reporting him to DOPL because due to his negligence and dishonesty our AC unit didn't get properly serviced and we had major problems. I'm even considering going after him for damages.

    Horrible. Our home warranty company sent him out to look at our AC unit bc it was not working. He did not show up for his appointment and rescheduled 4 times over a week and a half period. Every time we texted him, he said he would be here in the next couple of days. Finally we texted again and he said that he had forgot about us. He ended up showing up a couple days later.
    When he showed up, he checked our outside unit but refused to come into the house to check our furnace. We told him several times that the inside unit was not working but would not budge coming in to check it out. He told us our problem was Freon and charged us $140 to fill it up and blamed it on the previous owners. We asked him again before he left to please check the furnace because there seemed to be a problem with it. He said no and left.
    The Freon did not work and our AC unit was still not working, so we called the Home Warranty again and told them that the AC unit was still not working and that Mr. Warby did not come into the house to check the rest of the unit. They called Mr. Warby and told him he needed to come back out and check the entire unit this time. He never got back in touch with us so we texted him and told him that what he did, did not work. He told us that he would be out in a couple days. A couple days went by and he did not show up so my husband texted him back, this time he gave us a time when he would be there and of course, did not show up.
    After dodging us for 2 weeks this time, we called the home warranty and let them know that he has not come. They called him right then and told him that he needed to get ahold of us that day and make an appointment.
    He told them that our problem was that our house is too big for our unit. (which is a lie bc the new company that came out told us exactly what was wrong with our unit and that it was plenty big to cool our house.) Our home warranty told us if he did not get ahold of us by the end of the day, to call them back. We did, and they sent out another company.
    It has been a horrible experience working with Laramie Warby. He is not personable and he was flat our rude. He does not check the whole unit and he guesses at what may be wrong without checking to see what is really going on.
    You will be very disappointed if you use this man.
    * The new company came out and realized that the problem with our AC unit is that the inside unit was not working so we are working with them on getting a new AC Unit.
