George Urbino is a scam artist. He tells you all the things he will do, but is not actually present for any of it. The work his team actually does is terrible. You will need to replace and repair any roofing and interior work that he does. He cuts a lot of corners and uses cheap materials. If you check reviews on him he has tons of judgements against him that he has still not paid. He does enough work superficially to collect a deposit and then you will never see him again. He will then shut down his business or use another company name or contractor's license to continue his scam.
